Ripick are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Customs fees are set by your country and have nothing to do with Ripick. We can’t control them at all and do not benefit from them in any way. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or advancement fees accrued on a package.
By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
Keep in mind that we order on demand. Therefore we take about 1-3 business days for production. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 5 business days or less. Basically, we do everything to get you your order in a timely fashion.
Keep in mind that all our items are created manually. Therefore it can be that the end product you’ll receive can slightly differ from our product photos. Please allow slight differences lining up at the seam since It’s not possible to perfectly align patterns or images from front to back.

We think quality should speak for itself. Therefore we only charge shipping on one-off orders. Basically, this means that For everything you order above $100 on Ripick, shipping is on us!

- Rest Of World: 7.99$ + 7.99$/per additional item
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
