All orders can be changed or canceled as long as you contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started it can no longer be canceled, so please purchase with confidence and certainty!


If you have not received your item within 45 days, you can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. 


  • Since we ship directly from our manufacturers, we currently are unable to offer returns for simple matters such as choosing the wrong size or changing your mind. Please always consult the size charts on each item before ordering for this reason.
  • However, if you believe your product is damaged or faulty please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item. We will treat this with the highest of priority and will immediately reship you the correct item. IF for some reason the item is now out of stock, we will instead offer you a refund OR a different item of your choosing to replace it – whichever you prefer. 
  • If you wish for a refund instead of a replacement item, you will need to ship the item back to us with the return address we provide to you at your expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase.

We do not issue a refund if: 

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address). We are also not responsible for lost or stolen mail. We will always ship to the exact address you provide us with, and we also provide delivery confirmation on 98% of items. If you think your postal system is unreliable, or you’ve had packages stolen before, please purchase at your own discretion.

There are some item(s) we don’t take back:

  • Anything worn, altered, washed, or missing its original packaging and tags
  • For hygienic reasons – all intimates, bodysuits, sleepwear, earrings, and body jewelry
  • Shoes that are dirty, scuffed, worn, or returned with missing or damaged boxes

If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items, we’ll destroy it and won’t be able to issue a refund. 


You MUST contact us within 30 days after successfully receiving the item to file for a replacement or refund if you have any complaints/concerns. You can do this by sending an email through to our customer care team at [email protected]

Please include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • SKU number of the product that you wish to return
  • Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect 

You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once your case has been reviewed and the return request is approved.


  • Please use registered mails with an online delivery tracking number for returns and provide your name and order number on the returned parcels.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 14 working days. If your original method of payment is unavailable, we will give you online store credit.
