Refund And Return Policy


  • You have 12 hours after placing the order to modify (some additional fee can be applied) or cancel it. After that time, your order has been processed and we will not accept a refund for any reason.
  • Requests for replacements must be made within 20 days since you get your items.
  • As the nature of the print-on-demand business model, we can not stock the items. Besides, all items are made to order and many of them are personalized. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items we fulfill.

If you need to refund/replace your order, please read the following instructions carefully:


You have 30 days after receiving your package to request an exchange or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item. If you receive items with the wrong size, color, or product type, please send photos of the incorrect items you received to [email protected]. We will send you new items.
  • You received a damaged/faulty item. Please send photos of the damaged items you received to [email protected]. We will send you new items.
  • In case we’re unable to replace your items. We will refund your order.


  1. Your order has been processed but you want to cancel the order. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept refunds with that inquiry. You have 12 hours after placing the order to modify (some additional fee can be applied) or cancel it.
  2. You provide a wrong shipping address. As mentioned above, we cannot stock the item. Therefore, we WILL NOT receive the package returned to us and send back to you or make a refund (we’ll not refund in this case). So please check carefully your shipping address before placing an order.
  3. You were not being at home to receive the delivery.
  4. You don’t pick up the packages as requested.
  5. You want to change the size, color, style. If your items have not been printed, we can change them but we may apply additional fees for this action.
  6. The item(s) have been worn or washed
  7. The item(s) have been altered in any way
  8. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition unless the condition is our fault
  9. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  10. The item(s) were a Final Sale item


  1. You received the wrong item. Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please send a photo of the incorrect item you received to s[email protected] and one of the team will follow it up for you.
  2. You received a damaged/faulty item. Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake. In this case, you do not need to return the item. You just keep it or throw/give it away. The only thing we need you to do is send us a support email ([email protected]) stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged/faulty item. If we can see on the photo it is damaged/faulty, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP


  1. You request a cancellation within 12 hours after placing your order.
  2. We’re unable to replace your item, for example, because your product was discontinued.
