We do not ask this to be a pain, but rather to get your questions asked quicker!
I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I STILL CANCEL MY ORDER?
You have 12 hours after placing the order to modify (some additional fee can be applied) or cancel it. After that time, your order has been processed and we will not accept a refund for any reason.
To cancel your order mail us at [email protected] Use “Cancel order #ORDERNUMBER” and we will take care of it.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt.
For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 business days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 20 business days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 business days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.
If your item has not arrived within the time frame, contact Ripick Customer Service at: [email protected] and we will do our best to help you!
I SEE I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE, CAN I STILL CHANGE THIS?
Yes you can, but you have to be swift. Once your order is being printed, unfortunately, we cannot change the order anymore. So if you need a change of size, contact our support team ASAP via [email protected]. Do not forget to mention your order number when contacting our support team.
I SEE I USED THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I STILL CHANGE THIS?
As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this in our back end system. Please mail us the correct address and your order number to [email protected] and we will take care of it.
Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items. WE DON’T ACCEPT A REFUND FOR THIS CASE.
CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES ON ONE ORDER?
You can only use one discount code per order. Multiple codes are not supported on our website.
WHERE DO YOU GUYS SHIP TO, I AM NOT FROM THE USA YOU SEE?
No worries, we ship worldwide!
I CANNOT TRACK MY ORDER VIA YOUR TRACKING PAGE, HOW COME?
You will be sent an e-mail once your item is ready to ship. From there, our tracking kicks in. You will automatically receive an e-mail that your item is coming plus a tracking code for it.
